Be happy

~try to share all your sorrow:
This is true that a sorrow shared is a sorrow halved, or at least rendered less potent. Don’t keep it to yourself as you will suffer more, so try to share it all with your best friends. This is what friends for, and best friends usually will help you and they’ll always be by your side when you need a shoulder to cry on. Make sure you have at least one or two good friends you feel you can truly trust.

~change your environment
Your environment is actually affecting you. If you just had a relationship breakdown or maybe you just lost your job, you can try to change your environment. You need to get out of that state by moving your sofa round the other way or do a slight change to your car. This can be a good start for you to move on and make a new and happier life.

~write
If you’re feeling low and you don’t know why, writing it down might help. Whatever you feel, angry or sad just jot it down. If you do not want anybody to know about it, after you finish expressing your feelings , you can throw all the papers but if you want to get some responds you can start blogging and you’ll be surprise on how people react to your situation and sometimes they’ re just like you.

~hangout with your friends
It is like the only way for you to gain happiness. You can catch up some movie with your mates or maybe gossiping in the coffee house. But do not hangout with friends that you do not really like, I mean friends that cannot make you laugh at all. We have a lot of friends right? There are some of them who are fun like us but there are plenty of them who are nerd too. So pick those who are fun and can totally make us laugh while we are in tensed.

~get plenty of sleep
Happy people sleep well. If we have problems or something weighing heavily on our minds, it’s not easy to sleep well. You can try to sleep at the same time and get up at the same time even on the weekends. Don’t even eat anything heavy before you go the bed. Don’t read in bed or watch television. Otherwise you subconsciously associate the bed with something other than sleeping.

~change the music
Music is a good mood enhancer and it can also alter you mood so play whatever you like depending on your mood at the end of the day. There is variety of music these days from jazz to rock or even R&B so just pick a list of your favorite.
